Whether you’re just getting started or managing a large team, this page answers the questions Zolt users ask most often. If you can’t find what you’re looking for here, visit the Troubleshooting guide or contact support directly.

It includes core features like task management, file attachments, and basic integrations. If your team grows beyond those limits, you can upgrade to the Pro or Business plan at any time from Settings > Billing. Your existing data is preserved when you upgrade.

  1. Go to Settings > Import & Export.
  2. Select Import from CSV.
  3. Download the Zolt CSV template to format your data correctly.

The number of members you can invite depends on your plan:Members are counted at the workspace level, not per project. If you’ve reached your plan’s limit, you’ll need to remove an existing member or upgrade your plan before sending new invitations.
Zolt currently requires an active internet connection to use. The web app does not support offline mode. The Zolt mobile apps (iOS and Android) cache a limited amount of recent data — you can view your most recently accessed tasks and project details while offline — but you won’t be able to create, edit, or sync changes until your connection is restored.Full offline support is on the Zolt product roadmap. Follow the Zolt blog for updates.
