# Learn to Navigate and Customize Your Zolt Dashboard

> Get a complete overview of your work in Zolt — understand every dashboard widget, filter your tasks, and customize the layout to match your workflow.

Your Zolt dashboard is the first thing you see when you log in, and it's designed to give you an immediate, actionable picture of everything happening across your projects. From overdue tasks to recent teammate activity, the dashboard surfaces the information you need to start your day with clarity — no hunting through individual projects required.

## What's on Your Dashboard

The dashboard is made up of several widgets, each focused on a specific slice of your work. Together, they give you a high-level summary of where things stand right now.

* **Overview Widget** — A snapshot of all activity across your workspace: total open tasks, tasks completed this week, and projects currently in progress.
* **Open Tasks Count** — A running count of all tasks currently assigned to you that have not yet been marked complete.
* **Overdue Tasks** — Any task whose due date has passed without being completed is surfaced here so nothing falls through the cracks.
* **Upcoming Deadlines** — Tasks due in the next seven days, sorted by date, so you can prioritize your work for the week ahead.
* **Recent Activity Feed** — A live stream of changes happening across your projects, including comments, status updates, and new assignments.

## My Tasks Widget

The **My Tasks** widget pulls together every task assigned to you, regardless of which project it belongs to. This gives you a single, consolidated view of your workload without needing to switch between projects.

Use the filter controls at the top of the widget to narrow down what you see:

* **Filter by Due Date** — Show only tasks due today, this week, or within a custom date range.
* **Filter by Project** — Limit the list to tasks from a specific project when you want to focus on one area at a time.

Clicking any task in the widget opens its full detail panel, where you can update the status, add a comment, or adjust the due date without leaving the dashboard.

## Activity Feed

The Activity Feed keeps you connected to your team's progress in real time. Every action taken across projects you're a member of appears here in reverse-chronological order.

The feed logs the following events:

* **New comments** — When a teammate posts a comment on a task you're watching or assigned to.
* **Status changes** — When a task moves from one status to another, such as from *In Progress* to *Review*.
* **New assignments** — When a task is assigned or reassigned to you or another team member.

You can click any item in the feed to jump directly to the task or project it relates to, making it easy to respond or follow up without losing context.

## Customizing Your Dashboard

Zolt lets you reorganize and personalize your dashboard so the most relevant information is always front and center.

**Reordering Widgets**

Drag any widget by its header and drop it into a new position on the dashboard. Your layout is saved automatically and persists across sessions.

**Pinning Favorite Projects**

You can pin up to five projects to the dashboard for quick access:

1. Open the project you want to pin.
2. Click the **⋯ More** menu in the top-right corner of the project header.
3. Select **Pin to Dashboard**.

Pinned projects appear as quick-access cards at the top of your dashboard. To remove a pin, open the same menu and select **Unpin from Dashboard**.

<Tip>
Use your dashboard as a reference during daily standups. The Overdue Tasks widget and the Upcoming Deadlines list give your team a shared, at-a-glance view of what needs attention — no extra status report needed.
